Terms & Conditions

HOUSE RULES

– You’ll be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect.
– Checking in and out: Check-in: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM ! Checkout before 10:00 AM
– During your stay: 2 guests maximum, No pets . Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
– No parties or events, No commercial photography, No smoking
– Swimming pool open from 9.00AM and closed at 8.00PM. Access is not allowed after closing time.

ADDITIONAL RULES

– Unregistered guests are not allowed in the property without the permission of the host for privacy and security reasons.
– No parties or events are allowed inside the property or accomodations.
– For safety and peace of mind, the property is not suitable for children.
– Smoking is not allowed inside the suites.
– Abuse of alcohol or any type of drugs use is strictly prohibited in the all property. Property owners applicate a zero tolerance policy on both these specific topics.
– Guests are asked to maintain a respectful and dignified attitude towards the place, the other guests, the host and his family.
– The rental of 2 or more suites does not imply an exclusive use of the entire property and common amenities.
– Our property do not deal with third parties for accomodation reservations or suites bookings.This include Travel agents, Travel agencies or any similare entities. Direct reservations or suites booking via casarellaravello.com cannot be sold, encumbered, or transferred in any way to any third party company or person.
– Daily cleaning from 11am to 2pm
– City Tax of €3 per person per day to be paid in cash at check-in

EXCLUSIVE FULL PROPRERTY USE

– Renting all five available suites all at once does not imply exclusive use of the entire property or services connected.
– Exclusive full property use (all suites, pool, garden etc.) must be explicitly requested prior to official booking and requires authorization from the property owner.
– All requests for full property exclusive use will be carefully reviewed and considered before final approval by property management.
– In addition a surcharge on the price of minimum 25% will be applied. All exclusive full property use booking fees will be determined based on the customer added special
requests , services and property owner approval.

SAFETY & PROPERTY

– Avoid surprises by looking over these important details about your Host’s property below safety considerations:
– Property not suitable for children and infants
– Pool/hot tub without a gate or lock
– Safety devices: Smoke alarm installed
– Property info: Property spaces are shared such as pool, patio and garden.
– Pet(s) live on property. You must be dog or cat friendly.
– Must climb stairs, No parking on property
– Damage Policy: The guest found to be responsible for any damages to the property, accommodation furniture or any provided commodities shall pay all reasonable/full costs to the property owner before departure and as agreed with the property owners.
– Guest(s) have to be aware of their responsibility to take care of our accommodation and report any damages they notice upon check-in/check out.

CANCELLATION POLICY

– Full upfront payment of the stay will be required at the time of booking.
– Cancellation 30 days before arrival date: in case of cancellation 30 days before arrival you will be charged 2 nights as an administrative service charge.
– Cancellation after the 30 days deadline: If you cancel after the 30 days deadline the total payment of your full stay will not be reimbursed by the property owner.
